bye seoul. now, return to beijing. it’s gonna be weird.
♥0leeum samsung museum of art. absolutely incredible - beautifully presented, displayed, curated. intimate exchanges with masterpieces, thought-provoking juxtapositions between ancient korean art/artifacts with modern works from contemporary korean and international artists. descending through each museum within the museum, wavelengths of the curators’ intentions seem to reveal themselves to you. in awe of the fact that it’s a private collection; how is it possible that these works can be owned by an individual? i could live here, return again and again, and am more than a little upset it’s not in new york.

some sort of offal jjigae. one of the best jjigaes i’ve had here. broth was so rich, complex. not watery nor lacking in flavor.
